At Solara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your new decor or furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Solara packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
